What to expect
Your First Diving in Galapagos
Ready to breathe underwater and explore the ocean without prior certification?
This 4- to 5-hour experience is the perfect introduction to diving in one of the most vibrant ecosystems on the planet. Under the direct supervision of a professional instructor, you will learn the basics for enjoying a safe and controlled adventure.
What will you do and learn?The activity follows a logical process designed for your safety:
- Theory: Using e-learning material, you will understand the physics of diving and the use of equipment.
- Practice : In protected environment, you will master skills such as recovering the regulator and cleaning the mask.
- Dives : You will do two dives at a maximum depth of 12 meters (40 ft).
- Marine Life: Watch sharks, turtles, sea lions, rays and the coral reforestation project.

Includes full equipment, instructor, snacks and towel. Departures from the dock near the Mini Market ProInsular.
