Meeting and pickup
Pickup is 15–35 minutes before tour time, depending on location. Shared shuttle.

Please be ready 10 minutes early. Shuttle waits max 2 minutes per stop.
Missed shuttle = guest must arrange own transport. No-shows are non-refundable.
Our meeting point is the Noah’s Ark Shuttle Dock located on Columbus Drive, Providenciales. Once you arrive, look for the dock area along the water where our team will be waiting to welcome you and assist with check-in.
