Tokyo, Japan

3 hours (approximately)
Offered in: Japanese and 1 more

This workshop is one of the few sushi-making experiences where guests start by filleting the fish. Join a private class led by a sushi master with experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Watch live demonstrations of professional knife work and nigiri preparation, and learn how cutting technique, ingredient balance, and seasonality transform each piece of sushi.
All steps will be guided by fully bilingual staff under private settings so that you can fully immerse yourself in the craft of sushi making. This is more than a cooking class—it's an invitation to carry forward a mindset where attention to ingredients connects to larger questions of sustainability and respect for what we consume.
