What to expect
Booking Confirmation
Once the booking is made, the customer receives a confirmation email with all trip details. We review every booking and prepare the vehicle accordingly.
Pre-Trip Contact (Optional)
If needed, we may contact the customer in advance to confirm pickup time, location, or special requests (e.g. child seat, luggage info).
Pickup
The driver arrives at the scheduled location on time:
Airport pickups: The driver waits at the Arrival Hall near the Information desk, holding a sign with the passenger’s name.
Hotel or address pickups: The driver arrives at the exact location and calls or messages if needed.
Free Waiting Time
Airport pickups: Up to 45 minutes of free waiting in case of flight delays.
Other pickups: Up to 15 minutes of free waiting.
Transfer
Passengers enjoy a smooth ride in a clean, electric vehicle with Wi-Fi and charging ports. Bottled water is available in most vehicles.
Drop-Off
The driver drops off the customer at their requested destination and assists with luggage if needed.
Trip Complete
We check for any feedback and ensure all went smoothly.
