What to expect

Your ticket will be sent upon confirmation. Driver details (name, phone number, and vehicle info) will be shared at least 24 hours before arrival. No need to print your ticket - just show it on your phone as part of our eco-friendly initiative.

Arrival Instructions
Upon arrival, please contact your driver to confirm pickup. If you don't have proper internet access, don't worry! simply walk down all the way to the pickup point where many people are holding signboards. Look for our driver there, holding a signboard with your name.

Late Night Transfer Fee
For pickups between 11:00PM - 04:00AM, an additional fee of IDR 150,000 (USD 10.00) applies. This must be paid directly to the driver upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding!
