Pick-up takes place in hotels and accommodation in Panama City. Please provide the name and address of your accommodation when booking. The day before we will confirm the time and pickup details. We will be in touch so that your experience begins in a comfortable and punctual way.

We will meet at the main entrance of the PH The Sands building (Poin Panama) on Balboa Avenue. The guide will be waiting for you properly identified and with a sign with your names exactly where the POIN sign is.
