What to expect

Under the streets of Edinburgh there is a hidden corner, between stone walls, antique wood and bottles that have been waiting for decades to be opened, where time seems to be slowing down.

We invite you to descend to an authentic Scottish winery to live a unique dining experience, in a traditional restaurant hidden, adored by locals and away from the usual tourist routes.

For approximately 2 1/2 hours, you will tour Scotland without moving from the table : from its oldest origins to its current culinary identity, guided by stories, flavors and traditions that remain alive to this day.

Enjoy a carefully designed menu featuring traditional Scottish dishes, including fresh oysters, cullen skink, traditional haggis, Scottish fish and seafood specialities and typical dessert. You’ll also enjoy drinks like premium Scotch, local beer and other selections inspired by the country’s culinary history.
