Our preferred pickup location is anywhere within a 3km radius from the Angel of Independence. Only applicable for rates that include transportation. Please indicate your location during booking.

Arrival at the take-off zone where front desk personnel will direct you to the coffee station while you watch as the hot air balloons rise into the air. If transportation option was selected, we will pick you up 1.5 hours before takeoff.
