After clearing customs and immigration, please exit the arrivals terminal at Sangster International Airport (MBJ). Your driver will be waiting outside holding a Thomas Explora Tours sign or a sign with your name. We monitor all flights in real time and automatically adjust pickup times in case of delays. For departures, your pickup time will be confirmed in advance based on your flight schedule.
Travelers who do not require hotel pickup will meet their driver outside the arrivals terminal at Sangster International Airport (MBJ). The driver will be holding a Thomas Explora Tours sign or a sign with the traveler’s name.
