For airport arrivals, our driver will meet you outside the arrivals terminal after customs holding a Thomas Explora Tours sign with the lead traveler’s name.
For hotel pickups, please wait in the hotel lobby or main entrance area at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Our driver will arrive in a clearly marked, air-conditioned vehicle and will confirm your name and booking details before departure.
If you have any difficulty locating your driver, please contact us directly and we will assist immediately.
