This is the most iconic dish in El Salvador, Pupusas. We will visit one of the iconic Pupuserias in San Salvador, Guided by a local guide, you’ll learn how to prepare pupusas, choose traditional fillings such as cheese, beans, or chicharrón (pork), shape your own pupusas, and cook them on a hot griddle. No previous cooking experience is required—just come ready to cook, taste, and have fun!
The San Salvador Central Market is a lively and colorful place where visitors can experience authentic Salvadoran daily life. Its busy aisles are filled with tropical fruits, vegetables, spices, traditional food, clothing, handicrafts, and countless local products. During the visit, you can interact with vendors, discover unique ingredients, taste seasonal fruits and street food, and experience the aromas, sounds, and flavors of a traditional Salvadoran market. It is the perfect place to explore the country’s culture beyond the usual tourist attractions

Visit a local bar and discover the flavors of the different beers we have in the country and two traditional spirits: Salvadoran rum and aguardiente. During this relaxed experience, you will taste a selection of local drinks while learning about their ingredients, production methods, cultural importance, and the differences between rum and aguardiente. Enjoy the atmosphere of a local bar, share stories with fellow travelers, and raise a glass to Salvadoran culture.
