Korakoen was built by the Mito Tokugawa clan during the early days of the Edo period. The park features striking scenic beauty in an otherwise busy city center. The sounds of music from the Tokyo Dome can be heard throughout the park, but otherwise the views deep in the parks woods would make you feel like you have left the city.

    We will visit Korakoen park. This is a large park next to Tokyo Dome. It is one of the largest and most beautiful parks in Tokyo. It features many Japanese and Chinese inspired designs. Korakoen is also one of the best examples of a classic Japanese garden.
