After your flight arrives, please proceed to Baggage Claim and collect your luggage.
Once you have your bags, exit the terminal through the sliding glass doors on the baggage claim level and proceed to the Curbside Pick-Up Area.
Your driver will meet you curbside. Please call or text us once you are outside so we can coordinate the exact door number for quick and smooth pickup.***
**Pier 91 Pick-Up Instructions – Smith Cove Cruise Terminal
Location: Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91
Shuttle Service Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
After disembarking from your cruise ship, please follow signs for Ground Transportation and proceed to the Private Vehicle Pick-Up Area.
Your driver will meet you in the designated pick-up area located at Zone 2 & Zone 3.
If you have any trouble locating your driver, please call or text us for immediate assistance.**
**Pier 66 Pick-Up Instructions – Bell Street Cruise Terminal
Location: Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66
Shuttle Service Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
After disembarking from your cruise ship, please follow signs for Ground Transportation and exit the terminal.
Proceed to the Private Vehicle Pick-Up Area located in front of Anthony’s Pier 66. Your driver will be waiting in the designated private vehicle section.
