What to expect

Led by a Michelin-trained Chef with graduate degrees in cultural studies, explore the farmhouse cheeses from Quebec. Engage with methods, history, and how to assemble a cheese plate. Alongside these cheeses, explore how to taste wine through aromas, colours, and flavours. The tasting includes tastings of 5 cheeses and 3 wines and takes place in an 1895 Chef's kitchen in the Old Port.
