This experience offers a unique way to discover the Trevi Fountain, allowing you to take part in the famous coin toss ritual with meaning and tradition.
The meeting point is Via della Stamperia 6, where our staff — recognizable by the red Ferrari cap — will welcome you and provide your official ticket to access the basin. The €2 entrance fee required by the Municipality of Rome is already included in the price.
Access to the basin is limited and allowed only with a specific ticket. Tickets are provided exclusively by our staff: please do not go to the fountain ticket office, as tickets for this experience are not issued there.
You will receive two gold-plated Roman coin replicas and a personalized audio guide. Following tradition, you will throw the coin with your right hand over your left shoulder, wishing to return to Rome.

Meeting and pickup
First, look for our welcome staff wearing a red Ferrari baseball cap in front of Via della Stamperia 6. After identification as a Viator customer, you will receive the official prepaid privileged access ticket to enter the Trevi Fountain basin and perform the coin-throwing ritual.

Your experience begins at Via della Stamperia 6, a short walk from the Trevi Fountain. Here our staff will welcome you — you will recognize the host by the red Ferrari cap — and provide your official ticket to access the Trevi Fountain basin. You will also receive a personalized audio guide explaining the history of the fountain and the famous Roman coin ritual. Each participant will receive two gold-plated Roman coin replicas, inspired by ancient Roman coins. After collecting your ticket and coins, you will walk a few steps to reach the Trevi Fountain. While admiring the monument, you can listen to the audio guide and discover its stories and curiosities. You will then perform the famous Trevi Fountain coin ritual, throwing the coin with your right hand over your left shoulder, following the traditional Roman gesture believed to ensure your return to the Eternal City. One coin can be thrown into the fountain, while the second coin can be kept as a souvenir of your experience in Rome.
