Pickup Location: We offer pickup directly from your Riad or Hotel in Fez (within the Medina or nearby areas). For Medina Hotels/Riads: Since the Medina is a car-free zone, we will arrange a meeting point near your accommodation if vehicle access is limited. Our guide will provide detailed instructions after booking. For Hotels Outside the Medina: Pickup is available from hotels outside the Medina, but additional transportation fees may apply if the location is far from the city center. After Booking: You will receive a confirmation message with exact pickup details and the meeting point if needed. Please ensure your contact information is up to date. Pickup Time: We will confirm your pickup time based on your chosen tour schedule. Be ready 15 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth start.
