We will meet at an entrance of Hotel Gajoen Tokyo. Please enter the entrance and look for a guide wearing kimono. She will be standing right next to the ornament decorated at the entrance.

End point

We will call it a day at the restaurant, in front of Don Quijote

Itinerary

    The guide will introduce a quick history of Gajoen, take a coffee at lounge, and feel the beautiful waterfall located in the middle of the hotel. The cafe fee is included in the course price.

    You will enjoy omakase sushi course in Sushi Tsukiuda. The owner chef will make it for you over the counter. You may also ask any questions you would like to ask chef. The guide will interpret as you need. You may also learn basic Japanese table manners such as words you say before/after the dish (Itadakimasu / Gochiso-sama), the proper way to use chopsticks, the way to handle plates, and etc.
