Travel Agent Bookings: If this reservation is being made by a travel agent on behalf of a client, please provide the full name and mobile phone number of the passenger who will actually be picked up. This allows the driver to contact the passenger directly on the day of service if necessary.

Airport Pickup: Your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area with a tablet displaying your name. Please wait at the baggage carousel assigned to your arriving flight, even if you do not have checked luggage to collect. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur.

Port Pickup Instructions: The driver will contact you with specific pickup instructions, as pier logistics and designated pickup areas may change without prior notice. Please also confirm your expected disembarkation time based on your group’s scheduled departure from the ship so we can coordinate your pickup accordingly.

Flight Information: If you have not already provided the flight number of the flight arriving in Puerto Rico, please send it to us as soon as possible. This allows us to track your flight in real time and ensure a smooth and timely pickup, including in the event of delays or schedule changes.

Drop-Off Location: If you have not yet provided your final drop-off location, please send the complete hotel, Airbnb, cruise port, or destination name/address prior to your scheduled service.

Hotel Pickup: Your chauffeur will meet you at the hotel’s main lobby. If you have not already provided your requested pickup time, please confirm the time so we can schedule your chauffeur accordingly.
