We track your flight in real-time to adjust the pickup time for any delays or early arrivals, ensuring you don’t have to wait. Our complimentary waiting times are up to 1.5 hours for international flights, 1 hour for domestic flights (starting from your flight’s landing time), and up to 20 minutes for pickups outside the airport.
The day before your service, we'll provide you with your driver’s name and phone number to ensure easy communication. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, our customer service team is available for immediate assistance.
This service is offered exclusively for trips within the SAN JUAN AREA. If you’re traveling to another city, we’d be happy to assist you with one of our other available options.
