Meeting and pickup
Vehicle and driver identification: The vehicle will be clearly identified with the Aura Express logo so you can easily recognize it and the driver will be with an identification sign with the passenger's name.
It is allowed to drop off passengers at any Hotel.
What to expect
Start of the Pick-Up Process
Pick-ups begin at Ministro Pistarini International Airport, Jorge Newbery Airport (Aeroparque), and El Palomar International Airport.
Vehicle and Driver Identification
For your peace of mind, our driver will be present 20 minutes before the scheduled time, in a visible area, holding a sign with the Aura Express logo and their name. All our vehicles are clearly identified and meet top-quality cleaning and maintenance standards. You will also receive a photo of the driver and the vehicle for easy identification.
Vehicle Type
We use modern and comfortable vehicles, such as sedans and executive SUVs, ideal for VIP transfers. Each vehicle is equipped with free Wi-Fi, bottled water, snacks, and neck pillows to make your journey a relaxing experience.
Transfer Route
The route is tailored to your preferences : if you are looking for a quick arrival, we will take the most direct route to your destination. If you prefer a more scenic experience, please indicate this in your booking, and the driver will be happy to offer a tour that includes points of interest along the way.
Service Ends
The transfer ends at the destination specified by the passenger, where the driver will assist you with your luggage.
