Vehicle and driver identification: The vehicle will be clearly identified with the Aura Express logo so you can easily recognize it and the driver will be with an identification sign with the passenger's name.
It is allowed to drop off passengers at any Hotel.
What to expect
Start of the Collection Process
Pick-up starts at Ministro Pistarini International Airport, Jorge Newbery Aeropark and El Palomar International Airport.
Vehicle and Driver Identification
For your peace of mind, our driver will be present 20 minutes before the agreed time, in a visible area, and will carry a sign with the Aura Express logo and your name. All our vehicles are clearly identified and meet top quality cleaning and maintenance standards. In addition, you will receive a photo of the driver and vehicle so you can easily recognize it.
Type of Vehicle
We use modern and comfortable vehicles, such as sedans and executive SUVs, ideal for VIP transfers. Each vehicle has free WiFi, bottled water, snacks and cervical pillows to make the journey a relaxing experience.
Transfer Route
The route suits your preferences: if you are looking for a quick arrival, we take the most direct route to the destination. If you prefer a more scenic experience, indicate it in your booking, and the driver will be happy to offer you a tour that includes views of interest along the way.
Completion of the Service
The transfer ends at the destination indicated by the passenger, where the driver makes sure to assist you with the luggage.
