What to expect

When making a booking, kindly provide the following information: your arrival flight number, your mobile phone number (including country code), and if you're traveling with children, their ages and whether you will need child seats.

Upon arrival at Munich Airport, please pick up your luggage and proceed to the arrivals hall, where our driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name.

If you encounter any issues with your luggage or face any other problems, please contact your driver by WhatsApp to inform him for any deley.

Our driver will take you to your destination and will gladly assist you with your luggage. Should you require a brief stop, please notify the driver in advance. For longer stops, it is necessary to discuss this with the driver, as we cannot foresee conditions such as traffic or whether the driver has enough time before their next assignment.

If you're traveling from your hotel to the airport, please provide your exact address, including the name of the hotel, cottage, or the GPS coordinates. Additionally, when planning your departure time, keep potential traffic delays in mind or allow us to help you determine the best time to leave.
