- From Hanoi: If guests stay in the Hanoi Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem district, send property the hotel address for picked-up at around 08:00 - 08:00 am. If guests are in Hanoi, but out of the Old quarter, please come to Opera House, N.01 Trang Tien street at 7:45 am for picked-up.
From Ha Long: Please come to the block 25, Tuan Chau International Marina (Terminal 2), Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province at 11:45 AM. If you arrive later, you are able to miss the cruise.
