Please be ready at your hotel or designated meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our driver will arrive in a marked vehicle and will confirm your name and booking details before departure. For guests staying in Tulum or Playa del Carmen, the pickup location will be at your hotel lobby. For guests in Cozumel, we recommend taking the earliest ferry to Playa del Carmen, where we’ll pick you up directly at the terminal. If you have any special requests or questions about the pickup, feel free to reach out!
