Morning: Your safari begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Zanzibar in the early morning for your scheduled flight to Mikumi National Park. Embark on a thrilling game drive in a 4x4, expertly led by our guide. Keep your eyes peeled for the iconic Big Four - lions, elephants, buffaloes, and leopards - roaming the savannah. Afternoon: After lunch, embark on your second exciting game drive in an open-sided 4WD vehicle. Explore the diverse landscapes of Mikumi, from acacia woodlands to floodplains, keeping your eyes peeled for elephants, zebras, giraffes, lions, and a variety of birdlife. Evening: As the sun sets, return to your lodge or campsite for a relaxing dinner and an unforgettable night under the African sky.
