The pick-up address must be a hotel in the Osaka metropolitan area or Osaka
International Airport (Itami, ITM) North/South Terminal. If the pick-up address is beyond
the Osaka metropolitan area, an additional fee will be charged.
What to expect
1. Booking:
Select Direction (To Osaka / To ITM) and Vehicle Type.
(Please provide Flight Number and Hotel Name).
Child Seats: Available upon request for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if needed.
2. 1 Day Before:
We will contact you via WhatsApp or Email to confirm pickup details and share driver info & meeting point photos.
3. The Pickup:
From ITM Airport: Driver waits at Arrival Hall Exit (North/South) with a Name Sign. Free waiting: 90 mins.
From Hotel: Driver waits at Hotel Lobby 15 minutes prior to scheduled time. Please be ready to depart on time.
4. The Ride:
Relax in a clean, non-smoking vehicle.
Duration: Approx. 30-50 mins to Osaka City area. (ITM is closer than KIX, but actual time varies by traffic).
5. Drop-off:
To ITM: Direct to your airline's specific Terminal (North for JAL / South for ANA).
To Hotel: Door-to-door service to your Osaka Hotel.
