Meeting and pickup
The pick-up address must be a hotel within the Seoul metropolitan area, or Gimpo Airport (International or Domestic Terminal). If the pick-up address is outside the Seoul metropolitan area, an additional fee will apply.
What to expect
Booking:
Select your Direction (Arrival: Airport to Hotel / Departure: Hotel to Airport) and choose the Vehicle Type that fits your group.
(Note: Please specify if you arrive at Gimpo Airport International Terminal or Domestic Terminal. If you need a Child Seat, please mention it in the "Special Requirements").
24 Hours Before:
Our operation team will send you the driver's contact info, license plate number, and a meeting point guideline via message/WhatsApp to ensure a smooth connection.
The Pickup:
From Gimpo Airport (GMP): Look for your driver holding a Name Sign right at the Arrival Hall Exit of your terminal (International or Domestic Terminal). The driver will assist you with your luggage.
From Hotel: Your driver will wait at the Hotel Lobby entrance 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
The Ride:
Sit back and relax in your comfortable, designated vehicle.
Route: Direct transfer via highway to your destination (All tolls and parking fees are included).
Duration: Approx. 30-40 minutes to your Seoul hotel (depending on traffic and hotel location).
Drop-off:
The driver will drop you off directly at your hotel entrance or the airport departure gate, assisting with unloading your luggage.
