Meeting and pickup
The pick-up/drop-off location needs to be Tokyo Station (Yaesu/Marunouchi Exits) or the hotels withinin downtown Tokyo. If the location is outside the immediate Tokyo Station area/hotels in downtown Tokyo , an additional fee will be charged. Kindly note: Please offer the train's name and departure time and the hotel's full name and exact address.
What to expect
1. Booking:
Select your Direction (To Hotel / To Tokyo Station) and Vehicle Type.
(Please provide your Hotel Name and Shinkansen Train Number if available).
Child Seats: Available upon request for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if needed.
2. 1 Day Before:
We will contact you via WhatsApp or Email to confirm the pickup time and share driver details & meeting point photos.
3. The Pickup:
From Tokyo Station: Driver waits at a designated meeting point (usually near Yaesu Exits). Free waiting: 30 mins.
From Hotel: Driver waits at the Hotel Lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Please be ready to depart on time.
4. The Ride:
Relax in a clean, non-smoking vehicle.
Duration: Approx. 20-40 mins to most Tokyo hotels. (Actual travel time may vary due to traffic).
5. Drop-off:
Arrive directly at the Hotel Entrance or the Station Entrance nearest to your train line.
