The pick-up/drop-off location needs to be Tokyo Station or a Hotel in Tokyo City (23 Wards).
If the hotel is outside the 23 Wards, an additional fee will be charged.

What to expect

1. Booking:
Select your Direction (To Hotel / To Tokyo Station) and Vehicle Type.
(Please provide your Hotel Name and Shinkansen Train Number if available).
*Child Seats: Available upon request for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if needed.

2. 1 Day Before:
We will contact you via WhatsApp or Email to confirm the pickup time and share driver details.

3. The Pickup:
From Tokyo Station: Driver waits at a designated meeting point (usually near Yaesu Exits). Free waiting: 30 mins.
From Hotel: Driver waits at the Hotel Lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Please be ready to depart on time.

4. The Ride:
Relax in a clean, non-smoking vehicle.
Duration: Approx. 20-40 mins to most Tokyo hotels. (Actual travel time may vary due to traffic).

5. Drop-off:
Arrive directly at the Hotel Entrance or the Station Entrance nearest to your train line.
