For locations outside these designated areas (Narita International Airport and Tokyo Disney Resort), an additional fee will apply.

Booking Process:
Select Direction and Vehicle Type: Choose your transfer direction (to Tokyo Disney Resort / to Narita Airport) and vehicle type based on your group size.
Provide Accurate Information: To ensure precise pickup and drop-off, please specify your exact pickup and drop-off locations (e.g., Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, specific Disney-owned hotel names, or Narita Airport terminal).
Child Seats: Child seats are available for an additional fee. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section or contact us to arrange.
24 Hours Before Departure:
Our customer service team will send you the driver’s details and a photo of the meeting point via message/WhatsApp/email to ensure a smooth connection.
Pickup/Drop-off:
From Narita International Airport (NRT): Your driver will wait for you inside the arrival hall exit of your designated terminal (Terminal 1, 2, or 3) holding a sign with your name. We track your flight in real time and provide complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes after your flight lands.
From Tokyo Disney Resort: Your driver will coordinate the exact meeting point (e.g., hotel lobby, specific park entrance, or pre-arranged landmark) and wait for you punctually at the agreed location.
Journey Experience:
Comfortable Direct Transfer: Enjoy a direct, stress-free ride in a comfortable, clean, and spacious vehicle (e.g., Mercedes-Benz or equivalent luxury sedan/minivan), with express highway access for rapid arrival at your destination.
Estimated Duration: Travel time is approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your specific pickup/drop-off locations. This is significantly faster and more convenient than public transportation, especially when traveling with luggage.
Drop-off Service:
Your driver will assist you with your luggage at your destination’s entrance or airport departure hall.
