The pick-up address needs to be a hotel in the Yokohama Port or Tokyo metropolitan area. If the pick-up address is beyond the Tokyo metropolitan area, an additional fee will be charged.

What to expect

Easy Booking: Select your vehicle (Alphard or HiAce), enter your Ship Name (e.g., Diamond Princess), and provide a WhatsApp number. We check the port schedule to ensure a smooth pickup.

1 Day Before: Your driver (or dispatch team) will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the meeting point and vehicle details.

Port Pickup (From Yokohama): Look for your driver holding a Name Sign at the Arrival Hall Exit of your specific terminal (Osanbashi, Daikoku, or Shinko). No searching required. We include free waiting time after the ship docks.

Hotel Pickup (From Tokyo): Your driver will arrive at your hotel lobby 15 minutes early to assist with loading your heavy luggage.

The Ride: Relax in a clean, non-smoking, and air-conditioned vehicle. Drivers use advanced translation tools to ensure smooth communication for any requests (rest stops, temperature adjustments).
