Our private transfer service covers pick-up and drop-off at Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND, Terminal 1, 2, or 3) and Yokohama Port/Tokyo International Cruise Terminal. For locations outside these designated areas (Tokyo Haneda Airport and Yokohama Port/Tokyo International Cruise Terminal), an additional fee will apply.
What to expect
Select your desired direction (Haneda Airport to Cruise Port OR Cruise Port to Haneda Airport) and a vehicle type based on your group size and luggage. Child seats are available for an extra charge; please request them in the "Special Requirements" section during checkout or contact us in advance.
24 Hours Before:
For your peace of mind, our support team will send your driver's details, vehicle plate number, and a photo of the meeting point via Viator message, WhatsApp, or email ensuring a smooth connection.
Pickup Details:
From Haneda Airport (HND): Your driver will wait at the Arrival Hall Exit (inside the terminal) holding a personalized Name Sign. We actively track your flight status and offer 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your actual landing time, so you don't need to rush through customs.
From Tokyo / Yokohama Cruise Port: Your driver will wait at the designated passenger pick-up area outside your terminal with a Name Sign at your scheduled time. We track your ship's arrival and offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after docking.
The Journey:
Relax in a clean, climate-controlled private vehicle. Enjoy a direct and swift transfer between Haneda Airport and your cruise terminal.
Duration: Approximately 30-40 minutes (depending on traffic conditions and whether you are heading to the Tokyo or Yokohama terminal).

Drop-off:
Arrive right at the entrance. Your driver will assist you with unloading your luggage directly at the cruise terminal's passenger drop-off area or the Haneda Airport departure hall, ensuring a stress-free start or end to your vacation.
