Meeting and pickup
This service is available for designated pickup and drop-off areas only. Please provide your cruise ship name, train station name, train number, or arrival/departure details when booking. This helps us confirm your pickup location and ensure your booking is within our service area. If the selected location is outside the service range or does not match the booked option, we will contact you for confirmation.
What to expect
Select your preferred transfer direction, either from Yokohama Cruise Port to Shin-Yokohama Station or from the Shin-Yokohama Station to Yokohama Cruise Port. Choose between a Toyota HiAce or Toyota Alphard based on your group size and luggage needs. Child seats are available for an additional fee and can be requested in the “Special Requirements” section at checkout or by contacting us in advance.
24 Hours Before Pickup:
For a smooth and worry-free experience, we will send your driver’s details, vehicle license plate number, and meeting point photo via Viator message, WhatsApp, or email.
Pickup Details:
From Yokohama Cruise Port: Your driver will wait at the designated passenger pick-up area outside your terminal with a Name Sign at your scheduled time. We track your ship's arrival and offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after docking.
From Shin-Yokohama Station: Your driver will wait at the Arrival Hall Exit (inside the terminal) holding a personalized Name Sign. We actively track your train status and offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your actual arriving time, so you don't need to rush through customs.
The Journey:
Travel in a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle. Enjoy a direct and swift transfer between Yokohama Cruise Port and Shin-Yokohama Station.
Duration:
Approximately 30-50 minutes(depending on traffic conditions and the designated exit or terminal location).
Drop-off
Arrive right at the entrance. Your driver will assist you with unloading your luggage directly at the cruise terminal's passenger drop-off area or the or station drop-off area, ensuring a stress-free start or end to your vacation.
