Travelers are required to provide the cruise line, ship name, scheduled arrival time, and terminal or berth information. The driver will wait at the designated arrival area with a name sign displaying the lead traveler's name.
From Shin-Osaka Station:
Travelers are required to provide the train number, scheduled arrival or departure time, and preferred pick-up point at the station. The driver will meet travelers at the designated station meeting point.
The driver will normally contact travelers via WhatsApp one day before the transfer to reconfirm the pick-up time and meeting point. A valid contact number is required when booking.
Drop-off:
The driver will provide direct drop-off at Shin-Osaka Station or the designated cruise terminal and assist with luggage.
Your Journey:
The service operates daily with flexible scheduling. The driver will choose the most suitable route based on current traffic conditions. This private transfer provides a comfortable and convenient alternative to taxis or public transportation, especially when traveling with luggage.
