Travelers are required to provide the cruise line, ship name, scheduled arrival time, and terminal or berth information. The driver will wait at the designated arrival area with a name sign displaying the lead traveler's name.
From Kansai International Airport:Travelers are required to provide the flight number, flight arrival time, airport terminal, and preferred pick-up time. The driver will meet travelers at the designated airport meeting point.
The driver will normally contact travelers via WhatsApp one day before the transfer to reconfirm the pick-up time and meeting point. A valid contact number is required when booking.
Drop-off:
The driver will provide direct drop-off at the airport terminal or the designated cruise terminal and assist with luggage.

The service operates daily with flexible scheduling. The driver will choose the most suitable route based on current traffic conditions. This private transfer provides a comfortable and convenient alternative to taxis or public transportation, especially when traveling with luggage.
