What to expect

Even though it’s just 10 minutes by train from Shibuya, this area is largely untouched by tourists. Immerse yourself in Japan and enjoy an authentic journey that blends seamlessly with the local atmosphere.

I am the second-generation owner of a sushi restaurant with over 50 years of history, and I will personally teach you with care and attention.

This is real, non-commercial sushi. You’ll learn everything from how to make sushi rice to the proper way to enjoy sushi.

As a sushi chef, I started this experience to help people understand the heart of Japanese culture through sushi.
