What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Your private driver-guide will meet you at the reception area and confirm your name before departure.
Pickup is available from all major hotels and accommodations within Rovaniemi city center (including Santa Claus Village area).
If you are staying outside the city (over 10 km radius), please contact us in advance — we’ll arrange a suitable meeting point or provide a pickup quote.
For self-arrival guests, we can also meet at:
Rovaniemi Railway Station (main entrance) or
Santa Claus Village Main Parking Area
Please make sure your phone is reachable in case the guide needs to contact you regarding pickup time adjustments due to weather or aurora forecast
What to expect
During the drive, your guide will share fascinating stories about the Northern Lights and the surrounding nature. Once at the location, you’ll enjoy the serenity of the Arctic night while sipping warm drinks and waiting for the Aurora to appear.
A professional photo will be taken of you under the Northern Lights (if visible), and you’ll receive one high-quality digital image after the tour. Your guide will also assist with your own camera settings and offer photography tips.
After the experience, you’ll be driven back to your hotel, arriving around midnight.
