Once you have located them, they will escort you to the valet parking area and assist with your luggage. For any non airport pick ups your chauffeur will pick you up at a hotel, cruise terminal or specified address.

What to expect

Airport pick ups include 60 minutes free waiting time. Your chauffeur will track your flight to make sure they are waiting for you when you arrive. They will be waiting for you after you exit the baggage reclaim hall and will be a holding a digital nameboard with your name on it. They will assist with your luggage and escort you to your waiting vehicle in the valet parking area.
