Become Detective Herzog and solve this true crime while exploring Munich’s Old Town. At each famous sight, you search for clues, connect evidence, and piece together what really happened.
This tour was designed by locals, is fully self-guided and completely flexible. You can pause for coffee or photos, and continue whenever you’re ready.
Everything is offline: you'll pick up the materials at Marienplatz. Follow the case file from clue to clue, so you can put your phones away, focus on the adventure, and really connect with your team in the real world.

Your detective journey starts by picking up the true crime case materials at Bauer & Hieber on Landschaftstraße 1, just steps away from Marienplatz! Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
After an exciting 2.5 km and around 2 hours of sleuthing, your self-paced true crime adventure wraps up at the iconic Hofbräuhaus in Munich.
