Itinerary

Duration: 8 hours (approximately)
  • Namib-Naukluft Park (Pass by)

    You will be met by your guide in a closed 4wd vehicle, this journey is a long day but full of small interesting features. First the tour will take you via the Walvisbay Lagoon to give you an insight of the area and the magnificent Birdlife that can be found here. From here you will be traveling to the East into the interior coastal region where even the smallest forms of life have adapted to survive this incredible environment. Fauna such as the quiver tree, lichens and Namibia's National Plant the Welwitschia Mirabilis can be seen on this tour. This tour is Birding and landscape focused with great photography opportunities. Posibility of small herds of springbuck and oryx can be encountered. Birdlife in this area is very good in terms of desert adapted birds such as common ostrich, Greys lark, Ruppel's Korhaan and many more. Bludkoppe will be a highlight with its fantastic rock formations and stature
