  Pompeii Archaeological Park

  travelers will reach Pompeii after 2.5 hours of travel and can start the Tour with a guide. You will visit the House of the Faun, one of the most important places in the park, it is the remains of an ancient Roman villa that extends for about 3000 square meters.You will also admire the Forum of Pompeii the nerve center of life in the city. One site to discover is the Villa dei Misteri with its splendid frescoes depicting life-size human figures. We will then move on to discover the Lupanare of Pompeii with its erotic frescoes. An important stop is the remains of the Temple of Apollo with a bronze statue preserved inside. You will then visit the minor amphitheater. The Stabian Baths which are the oldest complex in the city of Pompeii you will see the gyms, changing rooms, latrines and swimming pools. An interesting site to see will be The Mosaic of Cave Canem where you can appreciate the mosaic floor of the House of the Tragic Poet depicting a dog.

  After the Tour in Pompeii travelers can have lunch in a restaurant or eat a typical local sandwich. To reach the Royal Palace of Caserta from Pompeii it takes about 50 minutes. The Palace includes 1200 rooms and covers an area of about 47 thousand m2 so what you will see is clearly only a part but certainly a substantial part. You will be welcomed by the Staircase of Honour that will lead you to the Vestibule, the royal apartments and the Palatine Chapel. You will visit the Hall of Alexander, the Hall of Mars and the Hall of Astrea and finish with the private rooms of Francis and Murat, the Court Theatre and finally the Library and Reading Rooms, you will come as catapulted in 1752 when the first stone was laid. You will then go to the Reggia Park considered one of the most beautiful parks in Europe where you can admire the waterfalls, sculptures and many monumental fountains. The return journey will take about 2 hours and 20 minutes

• The Tour to Pompeii can be done with an official guide together with other people then with groups of 10 to 30 people and is included in the price , or travelers can do the tour independently using an audio guide with a map and is included in the price. If customers want to take the tour to Pompeii with an official guide privately without a group there is an extra charge of 99,00 euros. . At the Royal Palace of Caserta the tour is done with an audio guide.
• The total hours that travelers will do is about 4/5 hours. I inform you that the journey by car is about 6 hours round trip.
