What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pick up Locations : 1- Dubai ( School - university -office .. ) Travelers are required to specify their pickup location before completing the payment. Travelers should specify their own pickup point before making the Payment . Note: Once your booking is confirmed and a driver is assigned, you will receive SMS notifications informing you when: Your driver is on the way Your driver has arrived Additionally, the driver will contact you directly upon arrival to ensure a smooth pickup.
What to expect
1. Inquiry & Registration
Parents or school representatives inquire about the service .
Required student information is collected (name, school, grade, location, preferred timings, etc.).
Our team proposes a suitable package (monthly, term-based, or yearly) based on route availability.
2. Route Planning & Confirmation
RSL’s operations team reviews the student’s location and aligns it with existing or new school routes.
A route plan is created, ensuring minimal travel time and maximum efficiency.
Final confirmation is sent to the parent or school with pickup/drop-off timing, vehicle type, and chauffeur details.
3. Payment & Subscription Activation
Payment is processed securely (online or via bank transfer).
Subscription is activated, and parents receive:
A digital confirmation
Emergency contact details
4. Chauffeur Assignment
A trained and vetted chauffeur is assigned to the student.
The chauffeur receives the full route schedule and is briefed on any special instructions.
All chauffeurs undergo background checks, child safety training, and regular evaluations.
5. Daily Pick-Up
The vehicle arrives at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.
The student is greeted and checked in by the chauffeur.
Real-time tracking (if enabled) notifies parents of the pickup.
6. Safe Transit
The student is transported safely to school using a clean, GPS-equipped, and well-maintained vehicle.
RSL ensures the highest safety standards, with seat belts, AC, and comfort prioritized.
7. School Drop-Off
The chauffeur drops the student at the designated school gate or entrance.
A confirmation message may be sent to the parent (if opted in).
8. Afternoon Pickup & Return
For round-trip subscriptions, the chauffeur picks up the student at school dismissal time.
The student is transported back home and dropped off safely.
Drop-off confirmation is sent to the parent, completing the daily cycle.
9. Support & Feedback
RSL provides 24/7 customer support for any concerns or changes.
Parents can update routes, request temporary holds, or provide feedback through the app or customer service.
