Located in Marrakech, near the Jardin Majorelle, Kioze Yoga is an all-female space where each class, designed to meet the needs of each, explores different practices: Pilates, Hatha Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Stretching & Relaxation, and Power Yoga. With flexible payment options and guided sessions in a peaceful setting, Lea shares a caring and inspiring approach to strengthening, soothing and relaxing body and mind. What to expect
Your Program of the Week (Seasonal Planning):
Your Reservation gives you access to a session of your choice according to our dynamic schedule:
Monday: Pilates (10:00).
Tuesday: Pilates (16:00).
Wednesday: Gentle Hatha Yoga (10:00).
Thursday: Pilates (10:00) & Yin Therapeutic (16:00).
Saturday: Ashtanga 1 (09:00) for a dynamic awakening.
Sunday: HIIT special edition (16:00): 30 min of intensity followed by 15 min of stretching for optimal recovery.
