You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Roundtrip hotel transfer is available within the Chiang Mai City pickup zone only (join/shared transfer). Please arrive at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your selected pickup time. Driver details will be shared before pickup.

Pickup schedule (Chiang Mai City):
First round pickup: 09:00 to 09:30
First round return: 13:00 to 13:30

Second round pickup: 11:00 to 11:30
Second round return: 15:00 to 15:30

Third round pickup: 13:00 to 13:30
Third round return: 16:30 to 17:00

Important notice: From 5 April to 30 June, the 11:00 AM pickup slot (second round) is not available. Please check the calendar for the latest available time slots.

Transportation included packages require a minimum of 2 people. If fewer than 2 people, an additional surcharge of 300 THB per booking applies. For changes in participants or extra requirements, additional charges may apply. If applicable, an extra charge may be 700 THB per person.

Outside service area: Customers must arrange their own transfer to Pong Yang Jungle Coaster and Zipline.

What to expect

Enjoy an exciting outdoor adventure at Pong Yang Jungle Coaster and Zipline in the hills of Chiang Mai. After arrival, check in at the counter and meet the staff for a short safety briefing. You will be fitted with the required safety equipment and guided through the rules and instructions before the activity begins.

Start with the zipline experience, flying over the lush forest canopy on secure lines with professional supervision. Feel the thrill as you glide between platforms and enjoy scenic mountain views along the way. Next, experience the famous Jungle Coaster—a fun ride on a track through the greenery where you control your speed for the perfect mix of excitement and comfort.

Trained staff will assist you throughout for safety and smooth operation. Take time to enjoy the fresh air, forest views, and photo spots around the venue before returning. For transfer-included packages, join a roundtrip pickup from Chiang Mai City (within the pickup zone) as per your selected round, then return after the activity. Guests outside the service area should travel directly to the meeting point and arrive 15–20 minutes early.
