Exact pickup time will be shared via WhatsApp/email before the tour. Please be at your hotel lobby at the confirmed time—driver will wait up to 10 minutes. No-show is non-refundable. Pickup is available within Pattaya City including Jomtien; if any area surcharge applies, we will inform you in advance via WhatsApp/email.

Please arrive by 10:30 AM. If visiting directly, park only at Visitor Car Parking 2—parking at Parking 3 may result in a 1,500 THB penalty per vehicle. Our staff will be waiting at Parking 2 wearing dark blue T-shirts to welcome and assist you. If you face any issues, please contact us immediately.
