Pickup details:

Hotel pick-up:- Shared join–truck departures at 08:30, 12:00, 14:30 (Rawai/Chalong/Old Town may run 08:30, 11:00, 13:30). Private van pick-ups can be arranged any time 08:00–15:00 (max 11 pax/van). Be in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before pick-up. This is a shared service; pick-up may be 10–20 minutes earlier/later depending on routing. We will re-confirm exact time by WhatsApp/email after booking. If your hotel is on a difficult access road, we’ll advise the nearest safe meeting point. Pick-up areas & fees (one way):- Free join–truck: Patong, Kata, Karon, Rawai, Chalong. Join–truck surcharge (if offered on your date): THB 300 per person from Phuket Old Town (Sorriso Café), Panwa/Ao Yon, Siray/Laem Hin, Central Festival/Central Foresta. For private contact to know price. Good to know:- Please select your preferred departure time at checkout; you must join at the time booked. Infant/child seats available on request (subject to availability). If your hotel is outside the free zones, the applicable surcharge will be collected in cash on the day. Private transfers are available from all zones—contact us for prices and scheduling. If you have not received your pick-up time by 18:00 the day before, please message us.

We’ll send your voucher via email/WhatsApp. Show it (mobile OK) with photo ID at the ticket counter to check in. For hotel pickup, wait in the lobby 10 min before your confirmed time; the driver will call your name. Self-arrivals: go straight to the counter.

What to expect

Kick off with hotel pickup to our hilltop base. After check-in, your instructor fits a helmet, gloves, and gives a safety briefing and demo ride. Practice on a short loop, then follow your guide by ATV along dirt tracks, jungle trails, and rubber plantations to viewpoints over Chalong Bay. Packages with Big Buddha include a photo stop at the 45-meter statue; options with Chalong Temple add a guided walk through Phuket’s most revered wat.

If you’ve chosen Zipline, gear up in a full harness and learn proper braking and landing. Then fly platform-to-platform (10/18/32, per selection), cross sky bridges, and descend short abseils—guides clip you in at every step. Prefer more throttle time? Pick 1, 1.5, or 2-hour ATV routes; the 30-min short course suits first-timers.

Cold drinking water, brief photo stops, and a fully guided, beginner-friendly pace are included. Lockers, restrooms, and a rinse area are available on site. Closed shoes recommended; no license required. Operates rain or shine for extra jungle fun. After the adventure, relax with a return transfer to your hotel. Optional private transfers and photo/video packages can be arranged on request.
