Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup is included for most centrally located hotels in San José and Escazú. Airport pickup (SJO) is also available. For guests staying in Airbnbs or outside the pickup zone, the meeting point is Hotel Barceló San José Palacio. Please be ready at least 30 minutes before departure; drivers may wait up to 10 minutes. We recommend providing a WhatsApp contact number for coordination.
