After disembarking, proceed through the cruise terminal and remain within the port area toward the designated meeting zones. Look for a personalized sign with your name and excursion name. Our team will assist with check-in and remaining balance. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early, as departures operate on a strict schedule and late arrivals may not be accommodated.

What to expect

During this experience, you will enjoy a relaxing day at our exclusive VIP Beach Club, designed to provide the perfect Caribbean getaway. Once we meet you at the meeting point, we will take you to the beach club, where your reserved VIP beds and full access to all facilities will be waiting for you.

Your experience includes a beachfront coconut massage — a relaxing treatment made with natural coconut oil, right in front of the sea, accompanied by the sound of the waves that creates the ideal atmosphere. It is one of the most loved and unique wellness experiences on the Costa Maya.

After your massage, you will have plenty of time to relax, swim, enjoy the beach, walk along the shore or order food and drinks from our à la carte menu.
