Please meet your guide at the Silver Clock inside Nagoya Station (1-chōme-1 Meieki, Nakamura Ward, Nagoya, Aichi 450-0002, Japan), where the guide will be holding an Amigo Tours sign.
IG Arena will be the drop-off point.
Start your journey taking the subway to Muneharu Kinshachi.
Explore Muneharu Kinshachi. There, you can discover its lively shopping area and enjoy some free time for a snack or refreshment.
Then you will walk to the beautiful Ninomaru Garden for a short stroll through its peaceful Japanese landscape and photo opportunities.
Then, visit the exterior of Nagoya Castle and Honmaru Palace for photo opportunities and a guided explanation of their history. Please note that this activity includes exterior viewing only, and does not include entry to the castle or palace interiors.
The experience ends at IG Arena, the venue of the official sumo tournament in Nagoya, one of the most important events in Japan’s sporting calendar. Sumo is much more than a sport: it is a powerful expression of tradition, discipline, and centuries-old rituals, and attending a live tournament is a truly unique cultural experience.
