Guided by skilled dyers and a bilingual host, you’ll learn the meaning of aizome and explore authentic tools and indigo vats before creating your own textile. Using traditional folding and binding techniques, you’ll dip your cloth into natural indigo and watch it change from green to deep blue—an unforgettable moment of this timeless craft.

What You’ll Experience
- Studio Tour (15 min): Introduction to indigo’s history and symbolism
- Dyeing Workshop (60 min): Choose one item (handkerchief or tenugui included; upgrades available), then fold, bind, and dye with natural indigo
- Tea & Closing (15–20 min): Indigo leaf tea, reflection time, and photos
