Use it on subways, buses, and taxis. Top-up / Cash Out / Transfer - WOWPASS Balance Top-up: Top up via app (credit card / mobile pay) or via WOWPASS machines with foreign cash
or with Korean Won (KRW). 16 currencies accepted. - Transit Balance Top-up: Top up via app (WOWPASS balance) or at subway stations, convenience stores (KRW cash). - Balance Cash Out: Cash out your balance in KRW cash from a WOWPASS machine. (except ICN Airport machines) - Balance Transfer (Send money to other users or to a Korean bank accounts via WOWPASS app.) How to Issue a Card: WOWPASS cards can be issued via 230+ WOWPASS machines across Korea, using a purchased voucher code.
