What to expect

Upon receiving the guest’s reservation, we will contact the guest immediately to confirm flight details and hotel information.
One day prior to the start of the journey, we will provide the guest with the driver’s contact details and vehicle information. The driver will also proactively contact the guest to reconfirm the pickup arrangements.
On the day of service, the driver will arrive at the designated location in advance and provide a meet-and-greet service with a name sign. After meeting the guest, the driver will escort them to the parking area and assist with loading the luggage into the vehicle.
Once all guests have arrived and the luggage has been loaded, the vehicle will depart for the prearranged destination. Upon arrival, the driver will assist with unloading the luggage, and the service will conclude.
