Start your lesson by sampling local cheeses, cold cuts and delicacies, accompanied by prosecco, to toast and enjoy Sicily while you cook

Fresh pasta tagliatelle or Parmigiana di Melenzane
The main course, chosen according to the fresh ingredients of the day, will be prepared together during the lesson and accompanied by Etna wine

Tiramisu and Limoncello
We will conclude in sweetness by preparing Tiramisu according to ancient family recipes, accompanied by a delicious homemade limoncello.

Meeting and pickup
To make your experience even easier and more relaxing, we offer a personalized pick-up service directly from your hotel, B&B, apartment or an agreed meeting point.
Pick-up and return service from Taormina and surrounding areas is available for a small fee of €28 per person roundtrip.
We also welcome guests staying in Catania, Messina or arriving by cruise ship, offering a dedicated transfer for a small surcharge of €110 per car, roundtrip.
The journey to our home is already part of the experience: along the way you can admire beautiful views of the Sicilian coast and the Etna territory, starting to immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of the day.

What to expect
Live a unique and private experience, cooking traditional dishes with fresh and genuine ingredients, just like you do on holidays in Sicily. You will discover the secrets of eggplant parmesan or fresh pasta tagliatelle with fresh tomato and basil and tiramisu, following recipes handed down from generation to generation.
Each dish contains the scents and flavors of Sicily: the oil of the earth, the vegetables of our gardens, the taste of fresh cheese, the scent of citrus fruits and local spices. It will be a real pleasure to taste together the delicacies prepared, accompanying them with excellent Etna wine and tasting the tiramisu that we will prepare together with an authentic Sicilian limoncello.
You can take home not only the flavors, but also the ability to replicate these recipes with friends and family, to share a piece of Sicily with those you love.
